Vladimir Lazarevik, MD, MPH, is lead 3M health economist across Middle East. Vladimir has deep health care content knowledge and premium consulting experience in managing multiple projects of varying complexity. His expertise includes in-depth resource allocation modeling, design and implementation of classification methodologies for inpatient and ambulatory, design and implementation of complex health system transformations reforms. Before joining 3M, he was working with McKinsey & Co., as health financing expert out of Dubai office. During 2006-08 he served as Deputy Minister of Health in the Republic of North Macedonia.
