TaraJo Gillerlain, MSN, RN, CCDS has been a member of the 3M Health Data Dictionary (HDD) team since July 2022. She has clinical nursing experience in the operating room, adult inpatient mental health and clinical documentation integrity (CDI). TaraJo received her Master of Science in nursing from Duquesne University, and her certification as a clinical documentation specialist from ACDIS. Prior to joining the 3M clinical content team, she worked as a supervisor for CDI for a revenue cycle company. TaraJo is currently leading the content team’s data governance project.
