Coding analyst
Robert Franco, CCS, is a new clinical development analyst as of September 2021 working with the 3M℠ CodeAssist℠ System, 3M™ 360 Encompass™ Professional System and 3M™ 360 Encompass™ System products. During his 15+ years in health care he has worked within health information operations and coding. Most recently Robert served as an associate director of coding for a large health care entity operating 30 Hospitals. He has enjoyed working with coders including vendors, to apply coding guidelines to achieve strategic goals all while growing internal talent.
Robert lives in Arizona with his wife and two kids.
