Nichole Soderquist, MBA, RHIA, CDIP, CCDS-O, CCS is the ambulatory services consulting manager with 3M Health Information Systems.   She works with customers to meet their needs for outpatient clinical documentation integrity program development and audit services. Nichole has more than 20 years of experience in outpatient clinical documentation integrity, coding, and education in both the acute care setting and professional office setting.  She has also spent 15 years in the classroom teaching coding and HIM related courses as an associate professor at Davenport University, Southern New Hampshire University, and Herzing University.  She graduated from Davenport University with a master’s in healthcare business administration, bachelor’s in health information management, and post-baccalaureate in medical case management.
