Michael Bee has been with 3M HIS for almost 23 years. He started out in sales operations and finance. For the last 12 years, he has been in an emerging business role, working to commercialize new products, including the 3M™ 360 Encompass™ System in 2010. In his current role, Michael leads the 3M HIS clinician solutions business.
