Kimberly Crear, BS, CPC, CEMC, AAPC Fellow, joined 3M Health Information Systems Consulting Services Division as a Physician Professional Fee Consultant. She has worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. She has a well-established background specializing in physician services. She has served as a liaison to coders and physicians in the clinic and hospital settings to provide compliant professional fee coding, auditing, and education.
Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Professional Development from the University of South Alabama. She is an active member of the AAPC and has been credentialed since 2004. She is also a member of AHIMA.
