Jessie Murphy is a lead methodology consultant within the regulatory and payer solutions team at 3M Health Information Systems. She is responsible for supporting 3M clients as they implement population health and payment groupers. Jessie participates on numerous methodology knowledge teams. She is passionate about supporting providers in adapting value-based care and improving healthcare through data driven quality insights. Prior to working for 3M Jessie supported strategy and process improvement initiatives for a healthcare consulting firm and has nearly a decade of payor experience with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She received her undergraduate degree from Iowa State, Masters in Healthcare Administration from Des Moines University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Health Sciences from A.T. Still University.
