Business Operations Manager
Desmond Bibby currently serves as the Business Operations Manager for the Regulatory and Government Affairs Team at 3M Health Information Systems. During his 8 year career at 3M, Desmond has also served as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Project Manager. Previous to his tenure at 3M, Desmond served as a Project Analyst for the Chief Nursing Executive at Bon Secours Health System in Marriottsville, Maryland. He has a Masters of Science Degree in Project Management from University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Desmond is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, and SCRUM Master.
Desmond currently resides in Leesburg, Virgina with his wife Aleena and their Miniture Pincher, Dulce.
