With more than two decades of experience in clinical documentation integrity (CDI) and health information management (HIM), Chana Feinberg, RHIA has expertise in electronic HIM system implementation, revenue cycle management consulting, health care compliance and project management. As a former HIM and CDI director she has performed needs assessments, gap analysis, scope decisions and business process transformations. Chana is a former adjunct lecturer for the City University of New York and is currently the CDI product specialist at 3M Health Information Systems.
