Value-based health care
Matt served in Texas state government for 20 years. He served 7 years as Director of Quality Oversight for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Matt worked with health plans, hospitals and other providers/associations and other stakeholders on numerous initiatives designed to drive healthcare value, with many using 3M tools.
