Business operations manager
Desmond Bibby currently serves as the business operations manager for the regulatory and government affairs Team at 3M Health Information Systems. During his 8 year career at 3M, Desmond has also served as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Project Manager. Previous to his tenure at 3M, Desmond served as a project analyst for the Chief Nursing Executive at Bon Secours Health System in Marriottsville, Maryland. He has a Masters of Science Degree in project management from University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelors of Science Degree in business management from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Desmond is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, project management professional, and SCRUM Master.
Desmond currently resides in Leesburg, Virgina with his wife Aleena and their miniature Pincher, Dulce.
