Clinical Transformation Physician Consultant
Victoria Sharp, MD, MBA, FAAFP, CHIE, is a Clinical Transformation Physician Consultant with 3M Health Information Systems (HIS), where she develops patient centered transformation roadmaps for a variety of health plans, payers and clinical system partners in collaboration with their clinical leaders. In this role she provides subject matter expertise to catalyze the clinical transformation process within their organizations for rapid, quantifiable and sustainable results.
In her prior role as Chief Medical Officer at an integrated (PH, BH, LTSS) Medicaid managed care organization, she managed the plan’s clinical initiatives for incorporating quality, care management and provider network management. She drove the development and implementation of innovative services, including disease management programs, tele-health, tele-monitoring, mobile van services, clinical practice guidelines and best practices resulting in improvement in member health outcomes and in HEDIS measurement performance. She is an America’s Health Insurance Plan (AHIP)’s Certified Health Insurance Executive.
