Tosh Kartchner is a registered nurse working in medical informatics at 3M Health Information Systems. His primary focus is working with customers to find solutions with their local and standard terminology needs. This also includes mapping data to the healthcare data dictionary (HDD). Mr. Kartchner is a member of the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) and has knowledge and contributions to standard terminologies.
