Tim Ruff

Senior product manager

Tim Ruff is a senior product manager at Solventum and is responsible for the 3M™ M*Modal Fluency Direct business. At Solventum, Tim leads a diverse team of product managers, software engineers and other professionals who develop Solventum’s front-end speech technology. His team is responsible for delivering solutions that integrate with more than 250 EHRs at the workstation, in virtualized environments and on mobile devices. In Tim’s 25 years developing healthcare-related software, he has held a variety of roles at software companies and health systems. He has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and undergraduate degrees in computer science and anthropology.
