Business director
Susan Salek is the business director for grouper applications and payer solutions for 3M HIS. Susan leads this unit where she is responsible for new growth products, staffing and software development. She has been with 3M for more than 30 years and during that time has managed multiple product introduction projects and developed business strategies to improve both processes and customer satisfaction. Susan earned her Bachelor of Science in computers and information systems from King’s College.
