Roxana Safari, CCS, BA is the product owner of ICD-10-CM outpatient and profee for computer-assisted coding (CAC) content at 3M Health Information Systems. She has more than 18 years of experience in health information management and clinical coding. She has worked as an inpatient coder, a clinical content developer, team leader and as a product owner. With a passion for technology and computer related solutions, she joined 3M in 2013 as content developer for CAC. Currently she collaborates with software engineers and computational linguists to improve accuracy of autosuggested ICD-10-CM codes in 3M outpatient CAC products.
