Raphael Graf has worked in several hospital benchmarking projects in Germany and Switzerland in the last 10 years. As a consultant, Raphael attended in research groups and provided risk adjustments for Quality Indiators based on different Methodologies like the Hospital Standardized Mortality Ratio (HSMR). As a Certified SCRUM Product Owner he also manages the Swiss Grouper and Analysis Products for 3M Health Information Systems.
