Lisa Lanier, BS, CCS, is principal methodology consultant with regulatory and payer solutions. She has over 25 years of experience in healthcare information and joined 3M HIS in 2002. Her expertise lies in educating payers (both private and government), state entities, and provider clients on the effective implementation of 3M HIS patient classification methodologies.
In her role, Lisa guides clients through comprehensive projects that focus on seamlessly integrating 3M methodologies into grouping and development platforms. Through informative knowledge transfer sessions, she ensures clients possess a thorough understanding of the methodologies and acquires the necessary skills for formatting data input.
