Javier M Ortiz, BS, OPAC, CCDS, CCDS-O, CCS, is a clinical analyst at Solventum. He holds a medical degree from Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, México and has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, including working as an orthopedic physician assistant, certified (OPAC). His clinical documentation integrity (CDI) career started in the outpatient setting in 2002 and transitioned into inpatient setting in 2016 at a Level I Trauma center in South Texas and includes consulting services for Yale New Heaven Hospital and Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville Florida.
