Terminology standards and interoperability
Jacee Robison, RN, MS, is a nurse informaticist with the Clinical Terminology group at 3M Health Information Systems, Inc., as part of the Healthcare Data Dictionary (HDD) team. She has been a nurse since 2008 with experience in the Emergency Department, ICU, step-down ICU, Medical Surgical, Orthopedic Surgical, Postpartum, Pediatrics and Medical Oncology units. She has been involved in terminology mapping and design development for multiple projects to improve interoperability in EHRs and implementation of Meaningful Use Value Sets, in addition to terminology work with SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10-CM, and ICD-10-PCS, among others.
