Flora Coan is a reginal manager at 3M Health Information Systems specializing in business development with government agencies. Flora joined 3M in November 2021 and is part of the regulatory and government affairs team, liaising between state agencies and 3M’s technology and clinical and research teams.
Flora is a subject matter expert in health care operations and workflows and has implemented payment systems that have improved patient outcome quality measures. Prior to joining 3M, she was an administrator at the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services. She was responsible for managing the financial and business aspects of complex programs, including the Nebraska Medicaid Managed Care Programs. Flora earned an MPA from Bellevue University.
