Erika Johnson, a consultant with 3M Health Information Systems, brings a breadth of health care expertise and strategic leadership to all of her clients. She leads 3M’s value-based program center of excellence with responsibility for program implementations, best practice sharing, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. She has worked across many payer (commercial, government, multi-payer), state agencies, and provider clients. Erika excels at developing and implementing strategies for her clients, including innovative population health, network planning and value based care solutions. She has implemented and worked with accountable care initiatives across the country, identifying areas with the highest potential for improvement. Erika has also worked with clients on engaging rural providers in value based care delivery, aimed at improving cost and quality trends across an entire payer’s network.
In her spare time, Erika likes to read, go hiking in the Adirondacks, go boating, landscape around her house and spend time with friends and family.
