JaeLynn Williams is president of 3M Health Information Systems, a business of 3M Company. She is responsible for overall management and worldwide growth of the division, which delivers a broad portfolio of intelligent software and consulting services to hospitals and health systems, commercial payers, and federal and state agencies.
JaeLynn joined 3M in 2000 as Web program manager in marketing communications. Following this assignment, she assumed responsibility for the entire Marketing Communications team. After a two-year assignment as Six Sigma Master Black Belt, she managed the Consulting Services business and Client Services organization. In 2009, she returned to Marketing as Vice President of Marketing Operations and Client Services. In 2010, her role expanded to include broader business operations responsibilities as Senior Vice President. JaeLynn earned a B.A. from Brigham Young University, Provo, UT.
