For the past 15 years she has worked in healthcare management and information technology, where she applies her expertise in revenue cycle, clinical documentation and technology. Charlene successfully leads the team of Solventum acute care consultants, program managers, project coordinators and content management consultants to improve clinical documentation, coding, quality and revenue cycle for Solventum clients. In addition to acute care consulting services, Charlene serves as the total outsourced CDI leader for Solventum.
