Clinical development analyst
Courtney Crozier, MA, RHIA, CCS, CDIP, ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer has worked in health care for over 20 years in various roles ranging from health information management (HIM) director, facility and professional coding manager, coder, applications analyst, and revenue variance coordinator. She recently joined the 3M HIS team as a clinical development analyst and works with the 3MTM 360 EncompassTM System and 3M℠CodeAssist℠System products.
In addition to her role as a clinical development analyst, Courtney is an adjunct instructor. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in HIM from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, a Master of Arts degree in HIM from The College of St. Scholastica and is currently pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Informatics at Rutgers University in the School of Health Professions.
Courtney currently resides in Louisiana with her husband and two children and loves everything about South Louisiana living.
