Gerald Tracy has held various leadership and advocacy roles in the health care field over the last four decades–as a health care executive, entrepreneur and as an attorney specializing in health and insurance law. He currently is the State Programs Director for the 3M Health Information Systems regulatory and government affairs program, consulting with government payers and legislators on medical payment transformation, population health and quality outcomes initiatives.
