Steve Austin is innovation manager for the 3MTM 360 EncompassTM System, currently leading product design efforts to create a lighter, faster, and smarter customer experience for 360 Encompass clients. With 25 years’ experience in HIM and revenue cycle solutions in various roles, including marketing, consulting, and product management, Steve draws on a wide range of customer experiences to help build the next generation of collaborative, innovative revenue cycle solutions for customers of 3M Health Information Systems. Steve is a certified agile product owner and scrum master. Outside of work, Steve enjoys family time, gardening, composing music, and his two beagles.
