Beth Eichorst is a Project Manager with 3M Consulting, a business of 3M Health Information Systems. She has over 30 years of experience in healthcare, including extensive experience in laboratory medicine as a medical technologist. As a member of 3M’s Outpatient Consulting Team currently performs coding validations, coding education, focused training on interventional radiology and cardiology, Outpatient CDI operational assessments, and claims denial management engagements. She also performs HCC and EAPG assessments and education.
